I am currently undertaking an MPhil in surgical research at the University of Cambridge where I am looking into the potential of stem cells to treat osteoarthritis. This forms part of my intercalated year during my medical degree. I am currently 4-years into my 6-year course and loving every minute of it. I am excited to share my enthusiasm for my teaching areas with your child.

Tutoring Experience

With more than three years and over 200 hours of tutoring under my belt, I've guided students across a variety of subjects, from GCSE Maths and UCAT to entrance exams for UK boarding schools.

One of my A-level maths students surpassed their anticipated grade, while another GCSE maths student advanced to a higher set, greatly boosting their confidence. In the past year, one of my A-level biology students achieved her university aspirations, and an international student of mine is now thriving at his chosen UK boarding school.

While these are just a snapshot, they highlight the accomplishments of several exceptional students I've had the honor of tutoring.

I've also collaborated with a Chinese firm based in Cambridge to develop educational videos, offering valuable revision and study guidance to international students in the UK.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching method is simple and effective. I take notes in real-time during our lessons. Along with these notes, I provide easy-to-understand explanations to help with the topic at hand.

To make sure students really grasp what they've learned, I use questions similar to those they might see in exams. This way of teaching works really well, especially in my science and maths classes.

I make sure each lesson is designed to fit the student's unique needs. If a student finds something challenging, I give it extra attention in our lessons.
