Tutoring Experience

Over the past decade, I have been tutoring students in IB and IGCSE Chemistry. With over 2000 hours of tutoring under my belt, I've seen students of all capabilities and worked with them to maximize their potential. I've assisted students to enhance their understanding of Chemistry concepts, improve their laboratory skills, and ace their exams. I've held annual workshops for final year students to tackle the intricacies of the IB and IGCSE exams. I've also been part of a team creating e-learning materials for Chemistry.

Moreover, I have guided many students in completing their Extended Essays and Internal Assessments in Chemistry, enabling them to achieve excellent grades. My approach focuses on the "why" rather than the "what" - I believe understanding the underlying mechanisms is crucial for mastering Chemistry.

I also provide personalized feedback on students' answers and guide them to improve their problem-solving skills. If needed, I conduct additional practical sessions to reinforce laboratory techniques.

Regarding Extended Essays and Internal Assessments, I guide students in choosing suitable topics, structuring their essays, and developing rigorous experimental methodologies. I provide continuous feedback throughout the process to ensure students produce high-quality work that reflects their understanding and research skills.
