Tutoring Experience

I’m passionate about teaching — I worked for five years as a writing tutor, served as a TA in multiple classes, and taught an English language course. I studied hard for the LSAT, ultimately improving by 15 points and receiving a perfect score of 180. My goal is to use my experience getting to know the LSAT inside and out to help you achieve your LSAT goals.

When I’m not tutoring, you’ll usually find me hiking and mountaineering in the New Hampshire mountains, or working as Executive Editor of my university’s student newspaper, The Dartmouth.

The LSAT is a teachable test, and the key to success on the LSAT is understanding how the exam works. The LSAT can seem daunting, but after months of studying and taking over 35 practice tests (which I did so you don’t have to!), I know how to approach the LSAT effectively.

My approach to tutoring centers on real LSAT problems. Between sessions, I assign students select practice problems from previous versions of the LSAT. During tutoring sessions, we work through those problems together, with a focus on identifying key patterns, strategies, and ways of thinking. One of the greatest benefits of one-on-one tutoring is that I can customize an instruction plan for every student and focus on your specific goals. Wherever you are in your LSAT studies, I’m ready to work with you and achieve real results.
