I am a Master's student currently pursuing an MSc in Law and Finance at Christ Church, Oxford, having recently completed my BA in Law with French Law at Magdalen College, Oxford. Although I am originally from Belgium, I grew up in six countries across Asia and Europe. I completed my IGCSEs in Warsaw, obtaining 10 A* grades, and my IB at Sevenoaks School, achieving a score of 44/45. Tutoring Experience
Over the past three years, I have tutored extensively, particularly during the crucial admissions season. My experience spans a wide range of students, each with unique aspirations and challenges. I have guided numerous students through the rigorous preparation required for law school admissions, including the LNAT, Oxbridge interviews, and personal statement writing. My tailored approach has consistently helped students enhance their critical thinking, articulate their ideas with precision, and present themselves compellingly to admissions committees. Throughout this journey, I have honed my ability to support students in achieving their academic and personal goals, making each success deeply rewarding.
Tutoring Approach
My tutoring philosophy is rooted in the belief that each student is a unique tapestry of potential, with their own strengths, aspirations, and areas for growth. When it comes to preparing for university admission in law—be it the LNAT, Oxbridge interviews, or the crafting of a personal statement. I embrace a student-centric approach designed to cultivate curiosity.
I strive to create a nurturing and inspiring environment where students feel empowered to explore complex ideas, challenge their own assumptions, and articulate their thoughts with clarity and confidence. By delving into the nuances of each student's learning style, I tailor my sessions to not only bolster their academic prowess but also ignite a genuine passion for the law. Whether it’s refining the art of persuasive writing for the LNAT, mastering the eloquence required for Oxbridge interviews, or weaving a personal statement that sings with authenticity and ambition, I focus on honing the skills that will resonate with admissions committees.
