Tutoring Experience

I had teaching experience around 2 years for non-profit clubs and organizations. I volunteered teaching in both Morocco and China. Both involved teaching primary students so I am comfortable working with young children. I also tutored AS Psychology back in high school and I was able to help a student improved her grade from C to A, which was a satisfying result for both of us. Currently, I am a volunteer in UCSB Brain Exercise Initiative. We give online tutoring sessions to elderly with Alzheimer's to delay their memory degradation. It is a very meaningful experience to me.

As for college application, I received offers from LSE, UCL, KCL, and Durham. I was also invited to a Cambridge interview. I gave advice to a friend for her personal statement and eventually helped her get into LSE. I hope to help more students with their college application in the future.
