Tutoring Experience

My tutoring journey began during my undergraduate years when I assisted classmates in grasping intricate Physics concepts. This gradually evolved into a more formal tutoring role, where I've since guided over 30 students through their IB and IGCSE Physics syllabuses over the past four years. I take pride in the fact that 90% of my students have improved by at least two grade levels, with many achieving top marks in their respective exams. One standout moment was mentoring a student who was initially at a grade 4 level in IB Physics and helping her secure a grade 7 in her finals. This transformative experience has fueled my drive to remain at the forefront of Physics education, continually refining my methods to produce such stellar outcomes consistently.

My approach is anchored in three core tenets:

Practical Application: Physics is everywhere. I always endeavor to link theoretical concepts with real-life situations. This not only aids comprehension but also sparks genuine interest and curiosity in the subject.

Repetitive Testing: Regular mock tests and quizzes ensure that the student is always exam-ready. This repetitive testing approach ingrains knowledge and builds the confidence needed to tackle any question head-on during the real exam.

Feedback-driven: Constructive feedback is the backbone of improvement. After each session, I take time to provide comprehensive feedback, ensuring that the student understands their strengths and areas requiring more attention.
