Hi, my name is Jessica! I recently graduated from USC with both my Bachelors in Global Health and my Masters in Global Medicine. I have personally scored a perfect 1600 on the SAT and have been awarded numerous merit-based scholarships. Tutoring Experience

I have been performing SAT Tutoring for the past year and am currently a SAT/ACT and Math tutor for high school students throughout the United States. I also have experience with in-person tutoring as I helped both middle school and high school students prepare for their standardised tests (i.e. ISEE, HSPT, SAT, ACT), Chemistry, and Math.

Recently, three of my students have been admitted to Princeton, Harvard, and Columbia University.

Tutoring Approach

I like to first identify the student’s weaknesses and determine whether the SAT or the ACT is a better fit for them.

Before our first session, I give them a Diagnostic SAT if they are certain they want to take the SAT or a Diagnostic Combo SAT/ACT if they are unsure which exam they wish to take. During our first session, I like to go over all the questions the student has and will then decide a tutoring plan. Some students may need to master topics before taking more practice tests, while others may simply need to go through some more practice tests to better their timing.

I like to assign a practice test as homework every week to see if the student is improving and understanding the topics we discussed.
