Tutoring Experience

Over the past four years, I've worked with over 50 students, offering over 800 hours of one-on-one tutoring in IGCSE and IB Biology. I've successfully helped my students enhance their understanding of complex biological concepts, thereby significantly improving their grades. This involves ensuring that they have a clear understanding of core biological concepts and are capable of applying this knowledge to solve complex problems. We also work on past paper questions to practice these skills and gain familiarity with exam format.

For coursework, I assist students in organizing and presenting their work effectively. I provide detailed feedback on their drafts, offering advice on academic writing and critical analysis. If a student is struggling with a topic, I employ visual aids and real-world examples to clarify complex biological processes.

For the Theory of Knowledge component, I encourage students to question and critically assess the knowledge they gain in biology, instilling an understanding of the subject beyond the confines of the syllabus.
