Tutoring Experience

With over eight years of international teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds, beginning my career as a language assistant in Berlin where I taught Italian to German students. This experience ignited my passion for language education and set me on a path to becoming a specialist in IB tutoring. Since 2019, I have focused on tutoring IB Italian, English, and German, guiding my students to achieve top scores by emphasizing language immersion, critical text analysis, and mastering oral components. I take pride in having helped many students secure 7s in their IB Language A and B courses.

Tutoring Approach

My tutoring approach is centered on fostering a deep connection with the Italian language and culture. I utilize authentic materials—such as films, literature, and music—to immerse my students fully in the language they’re studying. This method not only enhances their understanding of linguistic nuances but also cultivates a genuine appreciation for Italian culture. I prioritize interactive learning through discussions, role-playing, and creative writing exercises, ensuring that the learning process is both effective and engaging. My goal is to tailor each lesson to the unique needs and learning styles of my students, helping them achieve their academic aspirations.
