Tutoring Experience

My journey as a tutor began during my undergraduate studies at Cambridge, where I started helping peers with their coursework. Over the past ten years, I have refined my teaching methods and expanded my expertise to include IB, A-Level, and IGCSE Economics and History. My approach is personalised, focusing on each student's unique needs and learning style. I incorporate real-world examples to make complex concepts more relatable and easier to understand.

I have also successfully guided students through the LNAT and Oxbridge admissions process. My strategy involves rigorous practice sessions, detailed feedback, and tailored advice on personal statements and interview techniques. One of my notable successes was helping a student secure a place at Oxford to study Law, who had previously struggled with the LNAT.

In addition to academic tutoring, I mentor students on effective study habits and time management skills. My goal is not just to improve their grades but to instil a lifelong love for learning. Watching my students achieve their academic goals and grow in confidence has been immensely rewarding.
