Hello, I'm Cecilia! I am an experienced tutor and recent graduate, having graduated top of my class from the University of Cambridge with an MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering (Class I). I completed my first year in Natural Sciences (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Physiology of Organisms), then transferred to Chemical Engineering for the remainder of my undergraduate studies. With over seven years of experience tutoring GCSE and A-Level/IB students, I continue to tutor alongside my regular job as a technical consultant. I am deeply passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring for over six years, primarily focusing on Oxbridge Applications. My main areas of expertise include supporting students through their sixth form studies, preparing them for A Level or equivalent (IB) exams, and guiding them through the Oxbridge application process.

Specifically, I have extensive experience in university admissions for Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, and Chemical Engineering, including preparation for Oxbridge admissions tests (ESAT, NSAA, ENGAA, PAT), interview preparation, and personal statement support.

Additionally, I specialize in tutoring A Level/IB Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. I also handle occasional IB-specific work such as Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and extended essays, and provide tutoring in Maths and Science for GCSE students when needed. Previously, I worked with Whetstone Oxbridge in a similar capacity, assisting students throughout their university admissions journey.
