Hi, I'm Brittany and completed my PhD in Physiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. I've been offering tutoring services in Physiology and Biology, and take pleasure in educating and mentoring students from secondary school and university levels for more than a decade.

Tutoring Experience

I have University level teaching experience of over 10 years teaching physiology and writing.

I have also tutored anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, general biology, cell biology, writing, K-12 math and English, and English language learners.

I also have experience with ACT, GRE, and MCAT prep, with students being accepted into Medical School and Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs.

Tutoring Approach

I teach using a mixed approach of explanatory and questioning strategies.

I explain content to the student, but I also ask students questions to gauge their understanding of the material.
