Tutoring Experience

For over 4 years, I have had the privilege of teaching over 200 hours of A-Level and IGCSE Physics to numerous students in Saudi Arabia and online. During this time, I have helped students grasp complex concepts, improve their problem-solving abilities, and excel in their exams. My students have consistently achieved high grades, and many have gone on to study Physics or related subjects at university.

I have also conducted intensive revision sessions and have been involved in preparation for practical assessments. My previous students often commend my patience and the innovative strategies I use to explain challenging topics. Additionally, I have experience mentoring students for Physics Olympiads and have seen my students win several national and international awards.

Tutoring Approach

In Physics, understanding the core concepts is paramount. I begin by assessing the student's current knowledge and identifying their strengths and areas for improvement. With the use of mind maps, diagrams, and real-life examples, I make complex topics relatable and easier to grasp.

For exams, we work extensively on past papers, learning how to approach each type of question and developing a deep understanding of the marking scheme. I emphasize the importance of logical reasoning and the application of theoretical knowledge in problem-solving. I encourage students to think out loud during our sessions, fostering a deep, intuitive understanding of Physics. I also provide constructive feedback on their work, keeping track of their progress, and adjusting my teaching strategy as required.
