Tutoring Experience

Since 2016, I've been sharing my expertise in various science subjects at respected private schools. I teach IB Environmental Systems, focusing on the connection between societies and the environment, as well as IGCSE Biology, ESS, Cambridge Integrated Science for 6th and 8th graders, and AP Environmental Science, which I taught until 2022.

Currently, I'm guiding Year 3 students in IB MYP Science, mentoring Years 4 and 5 students in IB MYP Biology, and exploring AP Biology in-depth. Additionally, I offer my knowledge in IBDP Biology at both Higher and Standard Levels, providing valuable support for Internal Assessments (IAs) and Extended Essays.

Before my time in Mongolia, I spent five fulfilling years as a tutor in France. There, I helped students master various subjects, from Biology and Natural Sciences to Mathematics and the intricacies of the French language. These diverse teaching experiences in different cultures have greatly influenced and refined my teaching methods.

Tutoring Approach

During my online tutoring, I first review the main concept of the class.

Then, I give the student a related problem to solve. This helps them apply what they've learned and allows me to see if they need more help in any area.

I adjust my teaching to what the student needs. For example, for students studying for an IB exam, I can give them past exam questions. I can also use case studies to help them understand complex concepts.

My aim is to make online learning effective, adjustable to the student's needs, and focused on their goals.
