Tutoring Experience

Over the past eight years, I have been actively engaged in tutoring students across various levels, including IB, A-Level, and IGCSE. My journey began right after completing my MSc at Oxford, where I started tutoring part-time while working in a research position. What began as a side interest quickly grew into a full-fledged passion as I discovered the joy of guiding students through the often challenging world of Maths and Science.

I’ve had the pleasure of helping students achieve top grades, particularly in Maths and Further Maths, where I specialise in topics like calculus, algebra, and mathematical reasoning. My approach is to break down complex concepts into understandable segments, using real-world examples to illustrate the relevance of what they’re learning. This not only helps students grasp the material more effectively but also boosts their confidence in the subject.

Additionally, I have experience working with students preparing for university entrance exams, helping them develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for success in competitive environments. I believe in fostering a supportive learning atmosphere where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore the material at their own pace.
