Tutoring Experience

I began tutoring during my second year of university, initially helping fellow students with challenging engineering modules. This experience ignited my passion for teaching, and I soon expanded my reach to younger students in high school, particularly those preparing for IB, A-Level, and IGCSE exams. My approach is centered on fostering a deep understanding of the subject matter, rather than rote memorization. I believe that every student has the potential to excel when given the right tools and encouragement. In my sessions, I focus on breaking down complex topics into manageable steps, using real-world examples to illustrate key concepts. I’ve found that relating abstract ideas to everyday life helps students grasp difficult material more effectively. Over the past two years, I’ve worked with students from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of ability. Whether it’s reinforcing foundational knowledge in Maths or delving into the intricacies of Physics and Chemistry, I tailor my teaching to each student’s unique needs. My goal is not only to improve their grades but also to inspire a genuine interest in the sciences.
