Tutoring Experience

Since 2020, I've been tutoring students in math and economics at GCSE and A-level.

It brings me great joy to help them understand difficult concepts. I've also had the privilege of assisting students with their Oxbridge applications. One of my students successfully got accepted to study Mathematics at Selwyn College, Cambridge, after working together on a compelling Personal Statement that showcased their achievements and passion for the subject.

This experience has inspired me to continue empowering students and nurturing a love for learning as I progress as an educator.

Tutoring Approach

When it comes to tutoring academic subjects I have a real passion for ensuring students understand the mechanics of what they’re doing.

If a student can break down a concept and understand why this concept works it makes it far more enjoyable but also far more effective for memory.

Learning isn’t about passing tests, but understanding the material. Once this is achieved, studying no longer becomes a chore but a pleasure - which is ideal for someone who wants to improve or achieve top grades.
